Muito bom

O apartamento muito bom, e confortável. Quanto às sugestões, sobre a limpeza semanal, fraca, apartamento mal aspirado, varanda por limpar e casas de banho mal limpas. Na cozinha, falta de talheres de sobremesa e copos muitos gastos. Roupa de cama e roupa de casa de banho fraca, lençóis curtos para o tamanho das camas e toalhas de WC muito velhas.

Após uma análise cuidadosa dos pontos negativos que referiu gostariamos de clarificar o seguinte: Posteriormente a uma revisão meticulosa do apartamento gostariamos de indicar que estão de facto no apartamento 12 colheres de sobremesa juntamente com todos os talheres necessários, bem como todos os lençois e toalhas se encontrarem em boas condições e de tamanho apropriado. Por favor note que nos orgulhamos imensamente em manter as propriedades aos mais altos padrões de rigor. Devido à COVID-19, o apartamento teve de ser submetido a rigorosos protocolos de limpeza de acordo com o selo Clean & Safe e o Turismo de Portugal. No que toca a limpeza semanal uma vez por semana, gostariamos de relembrar-lhe que aceitou os nossos termos e condições quando efetuou a reserva. O que nos surpreendeu verdadeiramente foi o facto de que durante toda a sua estadia de 12 dias neste lindíssimo apartamento não visitou a Receção para se queixar dos aspetos negativos que mencionou. Por favor note que no dia da sua partida visitou pessoalmente a Receção para devolver as chaves, agradeceu e elogiou a equipa sobre o ótimo serviço bem como a estadia no apartamente ter sido perfeita, não havia queixas a reportar. Muito obrigado.

Exceeded expectations in every way!
The apartment was perfect - clean, spacious and super A/C for once. Well equipped and maintained, ticked every box. Reported slight leak to dishwasher - replaced same day. JES team excellent too, made life much easier. Definitely look to book with JES next year in same or similar apartment - can't wait!!!

Clean, comfortable and beautiful gardens. One the most relaxing places we've have ever stayed. Customer service from management company was excellent. Poolside service was professional and very friendly. Kids equally enjoyed the stay.
